Coffee Conversations

COFFEE CONVERSATION: 1-ON-1

SECURE YOUR COFFEE CONVERSATION
A single, held conversation for moments that feel quietly unresolved.

There are seasons when nothing is “wrong” —
but carrying things alone is no longer working.

You’re not in crisis.
You’re not looking for advice.
You just need space where you can hear yourself think again.

Coffee Conversations is for those moments.

One conversation.
One hour.

No fixing. No agenda. No obligation beyond it.

Coffee Conversations aren’t limited to a particular topic or area of life.
People bring what’s present — from body awareness and emotional experience, to faith, discernment, business ideas, soundboarding thoughts or plans, or practical planning. Nothing is off limits, and nothing is required. The conversation follows what needs to be named in the moment.

This is for you if ..

You may recognise yourself here:

  • You’re in a transition and can’t quite name what’s shifting

  • You’re holding questions that don’t need answers — just space

  • You feel inwardly crowded, unclear, or quietly tired of processing alone

  • You’ve done “the work” — but still need a place to land

  • You want clarity without being analysed, directed, or managed

This is not about solving your life.

It’s about creating the conditions where clarity can surface.

What Happens in a Coffee Conversation?

This is a
single, one-on-one conversation held over Zoom.

There’s nothing to prepare.
There’s nothing to perform.
There’s nothing you need to “get right”.

The space is gently guided through:
  • attentive listening
  • careful reflection
  • naming what’s being carried — and what doesn’t need to be

    Many people leave feeling:

  • less mentally crowded
  • more grounded in themselves
  • clearer about what actually matters now

Not because anything was fixed —
but because it was finally heard without pressure.

What it is not

To be clear:
  • This is not coaching

  • This is not therapy

  • This is not spiritual direction

  • There are no tools, frameworks, or outcomes to achieve

I won’t tell you what to do.
I won’t diagnose your life.
I won’t push you toward a conclusion.

This is a relational, finite space — and that’s what makes it effective.

While I have training in brain-based coaching, Coffee Conversations sessions are not offered as coaching, therapy or clinical support!

Why is this a paid offer?

You’re not paying for advice or answers.

You’re paying for:

  • a protected hour

  • skilled, attentive presence

  • discernment without agenda

  • a space that holds without asking anything back

This work only remains gentle when it is clearly contained.

Payment protects the space — for both of us.

The Offering
One Coffee Conversation

• 60-minute private Zoom session
• One conversation
• Paid in advance
• No follow-up obligation

Price: USD $75

South African clients may enquire about a local rate.

This conversation stands on its own.

If it feels right to return later, we can talk about that —

but there is no expectation to continue.

Availablity

I hold a small number of sessions each month.

When sessions are full, booking closes.

This is intentional — not strategic.

A Final Note

This offering isn’t for everyone — and it isn’t meant to be.

But if you’re in a moment where:

you don’t need answers,
you don’t need fixing,
you just need space held with care

then this may be the right room for this season.

Coffee Conversations — Q&A

What is a Coffee Conversation?
A Coffee Conversation is a single, unhurried 1-on-1 conversation held in a clear, contained space. It’s relational rather than instructional — a place to listen, reflect, and name what’s present without fixing or directing.

Is this coaching, counselling, or spiritual direction?
No. There’s no framework, process, or expectation of outcomes — just a carefully held conversation with a clear beginning and end.

What brings people to book?
Usually a season of transition or something that needs to be spoken out loud — not solved, just named.

Will you give advice or tell me what to do?
Not necessary. These conversations aren’t about answers. They’re about listening deeply and allowing clarity to emerge without pressure.

If I message you, will you only help if I book?
No. Care and kindness are never conditional. When a conversation needs depth, privacy, and time, I choose to hold it in a clear container rather than across messages.

Why is there a cost if it’s “just a conversation”?
The cost isn’t for access to me — it’s for the container. A protected, uninterrupted space allows the conversation to remain grounded and unhurried.

What if I’m not sure this is for me?
That’s okay. A good yes feels calm — not urgent. If it’s not the right moment, there’s no pressure to decide.

Is there any expectation to continue?
No. Each Coffee Conversation stands on its own, with no assumption of follow-up. What’s a good yes? A good yes feels like recognition, not obligation.

Coffee Conversations exist to remove pressure — not create it.
